Vancouver, BC – Hapa Ramen is now open! Located next door to Hapa Izakaya at 1479 Robson Street, we’re going to be one of the very few ramen bars in town serving fresh ramen noodles made locally – no frozen noodles from California here! No preservatives either. Chef Tomoki has perfected an amazing, creamy, chicken-based broth (pai-tan) that pairs wonderfully with our daily made noodles.
While what’s in the bowl will be second to none, our room neither looks nor feels like any other ramen joint in the city. Blessed with space, no more sitting elbow to elbow with that guy next to you (unless he’s your guy!). While
enjoying all that space, pick your favourite ramen bowl painting done by Hapa staff and family. With the most seats of any ramen bar in Vancouver, long waits outside in the cold will become a thing of the past!
“We’re incredibly excited to finally be open and to be serving some of the city’s best ramen”, says Justin Ault, proprietor of Hapa Ramen and Hapa Izakaya. “Robson Street is ground zero for ramen in Vancouver, if not North America, and we feel the quality of our ingredients and care put into each bowl will shine through”, says Ault.
Hapa Ramen is open daily from 11am until 10pm (or until our fresh noodles sell out).
*Please note that we are now open from
