Thank you Vancouver! Tourism Vancouver’s ninth annual Dine Out Vancouver (January 24 – February 6) saw tens of thousands of local and visiting foodies take advantage of dining deals at 215 restaurants across the city. After tallying the votes, the results of the Dine Out Vancouver 2011 Best Bite Awards are in and we’re thrilled to announce that Hapa Izakaya Kitsilano won Best $28 Dine Out Vancouver menu.
